Who I am
I'm Daniela Kretschmer, Herbalist
I help women with endometriosis to soothe their digestive problems using medicinal plants.
The aim is to find your “Balance through plants”.
I answer your questions about everyday life, such as digestion, fatigue and joints.
I answer questions about the rhythm of our cycle, hormonal variations and their inconveniences, aging and skin health.
My allies are herbal teas, alcoholic extracts of plants, balms, hydrolats, essential oils and standardized plant extracts.

Daniela Kretschmer- Herbalist
Originally from Germany, I traveled all my childhood and finally settled in France after my studies in Hotel Management in 2002.
A multicultural Globe Trotter, I am trilingual in French, German and English.
I was last operated on for Endometriosis in 2015.
Thanks to my Naturopath Isabelle, a profound change has taken place in my life. She opened my eyes and showed me that health is shaped on a daily basis, and inspired me to learn more about the power of medicinal plants.
Covid triggered a skills assessment
It took the confinement and meetings of the “Ensemble un job” ® program to validate what deep down I already knew... I was going to train as a herbalist at the ELPM university
And since then, I've been standing in front of you, eager to help you.
My mission is to help women of all ages regain their feminine balance.
I can understand you thanks to my own meandering path, thanks to the therapists who were there for me.
Today, I can help you with my network and my expertise in medicinal and aromatic plants.
